Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you have the right to use it, you can send a counter-notice to the agent above. It must include your signature, a description of the material and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address and phone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, outside the United States, any judicial district in which Arrayon Inc. may be found) and to accept service from the person who sent the original notice.
We forward the counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. If they don’t tell us within ten to fourteen business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material.
Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
False claims
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. If you are not sure whether something infringes your rights, consider asking a lawyer first.
