These terms are the agreement between you and Arrayon Inc., a Wyoming corporation at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”), for using videozombiecouple.com (“VideoZombieCouple”). By using VideoZombieCouple you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

What VideoZombieCouple does

You upload two photos and we use AI to make a short, fictional zombie love story video from them. Signed-in users get 3 free previews a day. A preview shows two keyframes: the standoff frame and the memory frame. A finished video is a 12-second vertical MP4 with music and an optional end title. It uses one video from a pack.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to make a binding contract. You need an account to make previews and videos. Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Whose photos you may upload

You may only upload photos of yourself, or of other adults who agreed to be in the video. You may not upload photos of:

• anyone under 18;
• celebrities, public figures, or anyone else who has not agreed;
• people you don’t have the right to use, including photos you found online.

You confirm this before every upload. We estimate age and refuse photos where someone looks under 18, but that check does not replace your duty to follow these rules.

Acceptable use

You may not use VideoZombieCouple to:

• make gore, nudity or sexual content;
• harass, bully, threaten or humiliate anyone;
• impersonate someone, or make content that pretends a real event happened;
• deceive people, including passing a video off as real footage;
• break the law or anyone else’s rights, including privacy, publicity and copyright;
• get around the free preview limit, for example with multiple accounts;
• attack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service.

Every video is fiction made by AI. Don’t present it as real.

Your content and rights

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You give us a limited license to store and process them, and to send them to our processors, only to make your preview and video and to run the service. That license ends when the files are deleted. We don’t use your photos to train AI, and we never show your photos or videos publicly.

You confirm that you have the right to use every photo you upload and the consent of every person in it.

Your finished video is yours to download and keep. You may share it for personal use, for example with friends or on social media. Because it shows real people, don’t use it for any commercial purpose, such as an ad, without the consent of everyone in it.

The site itself, its design, text, sample videos, music and code belong to Arrayon Inc. or its licensors.

AI output

AI results vary. A keyframe or video may not be accurate: faces, hands, clothing and backgrounds can come out different from your photos, and some results will look odd. That is why you see a free preview before you pay for a video. We don’t promise any particular result, likeness or quality beyond what the product page describes.

Payments and refunds

Videos are sold in one-time packs. There is no subscription. Videos you buy never expire. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Our payment partner Waffo is the merchant of record: it processes your card and adds any sales tax or VAT at checkout. If a video fails to generate, the video goes back to your balance automatically. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Not affiliated

VideoZombieCouple is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, the creators of the original viral clip, or any AI model provider.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using VideoZombieCouple and delete your account at any time on the account page. We may suspend or terminate your account, and remove content, if you break these terms, misuse the service or put others at risk.

Disclaimers

VideoZombieCouple is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Arrayon Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against us because of photos you uploaded or how you used a video, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them in your local courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and tell signed-in users by email when the change matters. If you keep using VideoZombieCouple after a change, you accept the new terms.
