Questions about pricing
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Sign in and you get 3 free previews a day. Each preview shows the standoff frame and the memory frame, so you see the faces and the look before you spend a video.
What does one video include?
A 12-second vertical MP4 at 720×1280 with music, an optional end title with your names and a date, and one free change of that title.
Do my videos expire?
No. Videos you buy in a pack never expire. Finished video files are deleted after 14 days, so download yours once it is ready.
Am I charged if a video fails?
No. If a video fails to generate, the video goes back to your balance automatically.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, for an unused pack within 7 days of purchase. The refund takes those videos back from your balance. The refund policy has the details.
Is this a subscription?
No. Packs are one-time payments. Prices are in US dollars, and our payment partner Waffo adds any sales tax or VAT at checkout.
