We want you to pay only for videos you are happy with. That is why you see a free preview before you spend a video. This policy explains when a payment to VideoZombieCouple, operated by Arrayon Inc., can be refunded.

Failed videos

If a video fails to generate, the video goes back to your balance automatically. You don’t need to ask.

Unused packs

You can get a full refund for a pack if you ask within 7 days of buying it and you haven’t used any videos from it. When we refund a pack, its videos are taken back from your balance.

If you have used some of the videos in a pack, that pack can’t be refunded.

Videos you didn’t like

A finished video that generated correctly can’t be refunded, because the AI work has already been done and paid for. Check the free preview first: it shows the two key moments of your video before you pay. If something went clearly wrong, such as a broken file or a video that doesn’t match your preview at all, write to us and we will look at it.

How to ask

Email hello@videozombiecouple.com from the address on your account, with the date of the purchase. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the card or method you paid with through our payment partner Waffo. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Chargebacks

Please write to us before you open a chargeback. We can usually sort it out faster.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn’t limit any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
